CloudTech Agency LLC is a Florida-based technology consultancy led by Michael Hearn. We help contact centers and marketing organizations connect the telephony, routing, CRM, workflow, and reporting platforms their operations depend on.
Our work frequently sits between systems: RingCentral RingCX or Five9, Ringba, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Google Cloud, and BigQuery. We translate operational problems into workable requirements, coordinate vendors, build the necessary integrations, and stay involved through testing and deployment.
CloudTech is intentionally lean. Clients receive senior, hands-on attention, with additional specialist resources engaged when a project requires them.
